About the game

Tinkerlode is a digging puzzle game. Guide Pinion, a small brass clockwork digger, down through living caves: dig through the earth, gather Aether Shards to open the shaft, and keep out from under the stones that fall and roll.

Every cave is a hand-made puzzle on a grid with strict, tick-by-tick rules. Stones and crystals fall when nothing holds them up and roll off anything rounded, so each tunnel Pinion digs changes what can fall next. Snapping lets him dig or collect without stepping in, and a steady push moves a stone along a ledge.

The caves hide hollow patches that open onto side dungeons, with carved glyphs as hints. Rewind steps back tick by tick, Relax mode turns off the timer, and ranked runs are kept as replays.

The browser edition is an early-access preview: the ten caves and three side dungeons of The Dig Face, and the first caves of The Copper Foundry, where Spark-Mites and Aether-Moths arrive. More caves are being added.
